ESG is at the core of our company's operations.

CS Energy firmly believes that responsible business practices, environmental stewardship, and social engagement are essential to both our long-term success and the well-being of future generations. We remain dedicated to making a meaningful and lasting contribution to a more sustainable and equitable world through robust planning and decisive action.

From converting U.S. EPA Superfund sites into clean energy assets to company-wide sustainability programs, we are committed to meeting and exceeding its environmental stewardship goals, which permeate every aspect of the business.

We have completed over 1.8 GW of solar projects to date, have a strong pipeline of projects this year and over the next several years. As a result of our large amount of solar projects that are being executed throughout the country each day, the current daily contribution to offsetting its carbon carbon footprint is:

The company takes pride in having not only built a large number of utility-scale solar projects, but also in having converted 42 previously unusable landfills into solar generating assets, totaling 230+ MW. We have completed more landfill solar projects than any EPC in the nation. Many of our landfill solar projects have won a range of prestigious awards:

The mission of our Health and Well Being Program is to educate and empower employees through promoting monthly events and activities that support overall health and well-being, and foster a culture of physical, emotional, and financial wellness throughout the company. From fitness challenges to educational financial wellness webinars, we are continually finding new ways to enrich the lives of its staff members.

Completing projects with the highest safety standards in place is of utmost importance to us. Not only do we offer safety incentives and celebrate safety milestones with company-sponsored lunches, the company has also received several safety awards in the state of New Jersey:
