CS Energy, LLC (“CS Energy”) a leading integrated energy firm that designs and builds optimized projects in the solar, storage and emerging energy industries, is excited to provide its year-end recap highlighting our key developments and accomplishments in 2019. The rapidly expanding company marked the year end with over 820 MW’s of solar projects completed or underway. In Q2 2019, the company successfully executed a complete rebranding, which entailed retiring the former name Conti Solar and subsequent creation and launch of the CS Energy brand identity.

Growth in the energy storage sector played a key role in CS Energy’s 2019 success. The company has deployed 106 MWh of battery storage across 16 projects, utilizing four integrators. Significant storage-based revenue sources included energy arbitrage using energy storage and microgrid deployment.

In addition to the solar+storage projects, CS Energy provided EPC services on solar PV projects across various market segments, including utility-scale, community solar, landfill solar, carportsolar, distributed generation, commercial and industrial.

In Q3 2019, the company announced the completion of the Cinnaminson Township capped-landfill solar project for PSE&G, New Jersey’s largest electric and gas utility. The 13 megawatt-dc (MW DC) site is the largest solar development project in Burlington County.

“2019 was filled with many accomplishments across the various business units in the company, from our upfront Engineering to project execution,” said Matthew Skidmore, CEO, “our future is bright, thanks to the talented team and key partnerships we have in place, and the stage is set for continued growth in 2020.”
