Companies from across North America entered the two-part survey process to determine the POWER Best Places to Work. Worth approximately 25 percent of the total evaluation, the first part of the survey process consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part represented 75 percent of the total evaluation and involved an employee survey to objectively measure the employee experience. BCG managed the overall registration and survey process, and analyzed the data to determine the final ranking.
