Matthew Skidmore has led the company’s efforts since 2010. He is a results-oriented, decisive leader with proven success in capitalizing on growing markets and strategic positioning to increase sales and the company’s bottom line. A dynamic, focused agent-of-change, Mr. Skidmore spearheads operational improvements to drive productivity while reducing costs. A tenacious leader, he turned the organization around and increased annual revenues to $300 million over the course of 4 years. Mr. Skidmore has been involved with the project development, design and installation of over 1 GW of solar. With a track record of recruiting and retaining top talent, and the ability to discern and nurture strategic relationships into a reliable, repeat customer base; Mr. Skidmore has advanced the organization into a reputable, nationally recognized solar engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) firm.

Managing his leadership role with an extensive foundation of large-scale solar project development, EPC, operations and maintenance experience, Mr. Skidmore oversees the management and operations of projects on a domestic and international level. He handles strategic direction and long-range planning for the public, private, and federal sectors across the country. His wide range of management experience, coupled with direct construction activities, design consultants, subcontractors, and a variety of clients with complex construction projects in different geographies, is an exceptional asset in the growth of CS Energy as one of the most reliable and competent engineering, procurement and construction firms in the United States. He continues to strategically advance CS Energy with an emphasis on quality in-house talent and a company culture dedicated to customer service.

Eric Millard Chief Commercial Officer

Eric Millard drives CS Energy’s organizational growth by developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships and expanding CS Energy’s business into new markets and geographies. Having led CS Energy’s business development team for over five years, Mr. Millard has been directly involved with securing over 1 GW of business for CS Energy.

Eric is well versed in the technical, commercial, legal, regulatory, and financial aspects of solar projects, and is directly involved throughout all aspects of a project’s life-cycle – from development through construction and operations. He approaches CS Energy’s business from his customer’s perspective and is obsessed with delivering highly optimized and valuable systems to its customers.

Throughout his 15-year career, he has focused on the development, engineering and construction of various energy technologies in both technical and commercial roles. Prior to CS Energy, Eric worked on wind, biomass, and traditional power generation projects. He is well versed in the technical, commercial, legal, and financial aspects of solar projects. Under Mr. Millard’s leadership, the CS Energy team has achieved sustained double-digit growth.

Diana Palazzi Mery Chief Financial Officer

Diana Palazzi Mery guides CS Energy’s financial decisions with expertise gained from over 15 years dedicated to the construction industry. She has risen from a summer Intern to Senior Accounting Manager to Financial Controller to Executive Vice President of Accounting and Finance to Chief Financial Officer with CS Energy, gaining advanced levels of responsibility and experience along the way. This includes maintaining CS Energy’s financial health by developing and monitoring financial management strategies and processes, and devising and implementing effective methods of financial reviews to eliminate wasteful spending. Diana has delivered diligent financial management for the successful growth of the company.

Lisa Delsante brings more than two decades of legal and business experience in senior roles within the energy and manufacturing industries. She is a proven business-minded legal executive with ability to lead businesses and optimize organizations and teams.

At CS Energy, Lisa oversees CS Energy’s Legal Department, which handles all transactions, corporate strategy, new opportunities, the legal, regulatory and compliance aspects of day-to-day operations, commercial and organizational improvements, and more.

Erol Ozkirbas Chief Operating Officer

Erol Ozkirbas is responsible for the day-to-day management of the EPC project delivery operations. He joined CS Energy in January 2023. As a veteran in Power Generation and Delivery systems engineering, design, and construction, Erol has been fundamental in successful implementation of mission critical market strategies, as well as, managing complex projects and programs.

Paul Force is a results-oriented management executive with 35+ years of progressive experience in the construction industry.

With a background in operations, technology, and contracts, he combines strong analytical and problem-solving expertise with consistent achievements in strategy and organizational structuring. As Executive Vice President, Paul applies his strengths in process, systems, and human asset application to position CS Energy for the challenges of both today and tomorrow.

Kevin Magayah Executive Vice President of Business Development

Kevin Magayah is focused on building and maintaining relationships with CS Energy’s solar engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) customers in the Northeast and Midwest regions of the US. Leveraging his strong solar engineering, development and project management expertise, Kevin works with customers to create the most cost effective and productive solar facilities possible. Kevin has developed, designed and installed over 230 MW of solar photovoltaic systems across the US and internationally, including engineering and constructing CS Energy’s first international solar project in Israel in 2016. Throughout his 15-year EPC career, he has proven to be an exceptional problem solver with an attention to detail who continues to be an asset to the customers he serves.

Michael Garofalo VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

Michael Garofalo has over 17 years of experience in heavy construction and more than 5 years of experience with solar EPC work. He has played a major role in the execution of more than 250 MW of solar projects in nine different states. As a Vice President of Operations, he ensures that CS Energy’s clients benefit from a safe build, high quality, cost-efficient design and timely project execution. Michael is skilled in project planning, startup, and scheduling; client relations; cost accounting and estimating; and project safety, providing project oversight to his project teams.

Michael uses his experience gained in his time of heavy construction. His vast construction experience dealing with public transportation projects, environmental cleanup, utility installations and earth moving strengthens his knowledge and sensitivity to project stakeholders, permitting agencies, environmental concerns and general construction practices. He ensures compliance with contract documents, construction permits, environmental permits, interconnection requirements, along with upholding company Policy and Practices on ethics and standards.

In addition to his operation role, Michael supports the business development and estimating departments with providing regular feedback on market conditions effecting pricing and project owner concerns and/or accolades. He meets regularly to discuss project resources for upcoming bids to ensure projects are staffed properly and can be started efficiently.

Timothy Moore VICE PRESIDENT OF CONSTRUCTION

Timothy Moore brings over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, including supervision and coordination of all construction crew activities for clients in the federal, state, and private sector in the northeastern United States. His specialties include vertical construction, site work and all facets of solar renewable construction. He has a proven ability to manage diverse and complex projects involving extensive subcontractor coordination and demanding schedule and has a history of effective subcontractor management, managing up to 25 subcontractors at one time. Timothy ensures that all project-related construction operations are performed in accordance with applicable drawings, specifications, codes, standards, and with all quality control objectives in mind. He effectively monitors all site operations for QA/QC compliance, working closely with the onsite quality control manager and implementing corrective action to eliminate noncompliance events.

Timothy oversees multiple aspects of a project, including project control, safety, schedule, and employee development. He works closely with the Site Superintendents and field teams ensuring the teams are providing a safe, properly staffed, and a well organized project throughout the regions.

Janani Ramkumar brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record to her role as Vice President of Operations at CS Energy. With twelve years of experience in project management, estimating, engineering, and preconstruction, she demonstrates an exceptional ability to lead and execute solar and energy storage projects with precision and efficiency.

In her capacity as Vice President of Operations, Ms. Ramkumar assumes responsibility for overseeing the New Jersey and Connecticut regions. She is instrumental in driving project budgeting and startup, fostering seamless collaboration across project sites, and implementing unified solutions in critical areas of project execution.

Operating under demanding timelines, Ms. Ramkumar’s team consistently provides multiple solutions to customers, empowering them to make well-informed decisions. Through comprehensive constructability reviews, meticulous risk mitigation strategies, and fostering strong partnerships with subcontractors, she consistently generates value for the organization and its esteemed clients. Her contributions have been integral to CS Energy’s exponential growth and unwavering success.

Hozefa Mogul Vice President of Supply Chain

Hozefa Mogul has over 17 years of broad experience in the engineering and construction industry. He expertly manages CS Energy’s supply chain management group which consist of Subcontractor Management, Equipment Management and Fleet Management, based on strong knowledge of market fundamentals, supply chain management, and supplier negotiations. Using sophisticated procurement systems and best practices, Hozefa pursues win-win relationships with CS Energy and its diverse supply chain. He oversees a robust prequalification process for subcontractors, which includes a review for their financials, safety, quality, and references. A highly analytical person, his accounting background informs his meticulous approach to supplier evaluation and selection. Hozefa is routinely involved in high-impact strategic and commercial initiatives. His leadership in procurement and attention to detail is an integral part of the firm’s project successes.

Lance Dunning Vice President of Business Development

Lance Dunning focuses on CS Energy’s engineering procurement and construction (EPC) services in the United States. He has over eight years of experience in the renewable energy industry, specializing in client relations and contract development. His experience covers solar, wind, hydro, and manufactured products.

Lance has been involved in the contracting of several hundred megawatts of projects. Through his experience, he has developed an appreciation for client communication and its necessity for successful project execution.

At CS Energy, he focuses on effectively and efficiently addressing client needs. He is guided by the principle that the development of a long-term, cooperative relationship will provide a greater value for all parties than any single project.

Dawn Robinson Vice President of Human Resources

Dawn Robinson is a Human Resources professional with over 15 years of global business experience. A strategic thinker with a can-do attitude, she creates and maintains human resources and communications programs for CS Energy, both for internal employee engagement and external public relations. Dawn promotes and implements the company’s values by directing all HR activities such as recruiting, employee development, employee relations, compensation, policies and benefits. She also develops and executes integrated communications plans in line with the company’s mission and business priorities, collaborating with key external stakeholders such as technology and business media.
